Affiliate Disclosure

At Spinshark (quaysrestaurant.co.uk), we are committed to transparency with our readers regarding our business model and financial relationships.

    How We Earn Revenue

Spinshark is an affiliate website. When you click on casino links and sign up through our site, we may earn affiliate commissions from these operators. This is our primary source of revenue and allows us to provide free, independent casino reviews and information to our UK audience.

    Our Editorial Independence

We want to be absolutely clear: receiving affiliate commissions does not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Our casino evaluations are based on thorough independent research, user experience, licensing, security, game quality, and customer support. We maintain the same rigorous review standards regardless of whether a casino offers us an affiliate partnership.

    UK Compliance

This affiliate disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. We are committed to honest and transparent advertising practices.

    Reader Responsibility

We encourage all visitors to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any casino operator. Gambling carries financial risk. Please review each operator's terms, licensing information, and responsible gambling features independently. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and account activities.
